Helen Ezeh is an experienced Legal Advisor and Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in corporate establishments. She has over 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal risk, litigation management, and contract negotiation. Helen engages organizations with project negotiation and advice on legal strategy and corporate commercial partnerships. Helen liaises with statutory and regulatory agencies like the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria Customs Services (NCS), Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), The National Pension Commission (PENCOM), Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) etc. on behalf of diverse clients.
